As an Associate Sales Representative in the Cleveland/Akron area, you will embark on an exciting career with a global leader in test automation. This entry-level position is perfect for those passionate about technology and eager to help clients understand the transformative impact of shift-left software testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in an extensive training program covering all aspects of enterprise software sales, from lead identification to deal closing.
Develop a deep understanding of customer challenges and pain points, especially in relation to software development and testing.
Educate and guide customers on the benefits of shift-left software testing to enhance their software development lifecycle.
Advocate for the adoption of shift-left practices, highlighting advantages such as early bug detection, cost savings, and improved quality.
Engage in continuous learning about test automation, code coverage, and static analysis tools to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Gradually assume responsibilities of a commissioned account manager, focusing on proactive customer engagement and solution-driven sales approaches.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
Strong interest in software development and testing methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts.
Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technology trends and sales strategies.
